You will always be able to unsubscribe and have access to payments and your payment info with us. If you unsubscribe, then your subscription only continues through the date you are paid up to, and then it ends and does not renew. (Check the info where you pay for the unsubscribe link.)
No refunds on monthly plans.
On both quarterly and annual plans, no refunds unless you are no longer in business, in which case the refund would be based on the monthly rate of $397 a month for all months that have already started. After that amount is subtracted from what you paid, any remaining amount would be your refund. Months that have already started are not refunded.
The cost related to texts sent or emails sent are not refundable as they have already been sent. This includes domain name and phone number setup costs as well.
